All students at Junior Academy are placed in one of four house teams: Hamill, Phelan, McClelland and Clarke. Throughout the year, there are a variety of house activities arranged by staff and House Captains (a position that students may wish to apply for in grade 7 and 8). In addition, students receive house points for various good deeds that help promote the nurturing and family oriented culture of the school. These points are added together annually and culminate in the announcement of the overall house team winner.
