Additonal Fees:

Materials Fee:

• $150 is charged for consumable workbooks for students in Grades 1 & 2 and is paid with tuition installments.
• $500 is charged for rental of textbooks to students in Grades 3 to 8 and is paid with tuition installments.

Technology Fee:

• A technology fee of $500 is charged for the year to students in Grades 1 to 8 and is paid with tuition installments.

Athletic Fee:

• An athletic fee of $500 is charged for the year to students in Grades 1 to 8 and is paid with tuition installments.

Early Morning and After School Care

Early Morning:

• Supervison from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. is available at a fee $5 per morning, or $250 per term.

After School:

• The afterschool program operates daily from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Charges fof after-school care are on a per diem bais: $10 per hour; on a per term basis: to 5:00 p.m. $550/ to 6:00 p.m. $650.

Additonal One-Time Fees

• A registration fee of $100 is due with each application form for admission. 
• A one time New Student Registration Fee of $3,000 is due upon acceptance.

Payment of Fees

• A deposit $2,500 is due upon acceptance or re-registration.  This is non-refundable after April 1 of the current year.
• The balance of fees is due in 3 installments payable May 1, September 1, and January 1.  Payment in monthly installments may also be arranged.

Withdrawal

Upon enrolment/re-reregistration, Parents acknowledge responsibility for the full year's tuition.  The Parent (s) or Guardian of the child are, and agree to be, jointly and severally liable for the payment of all tuition and other fees and charges owing to the School with respect to the child's enrolment and attendance at the School, whether such fees and charges relate to the current year or any subsequent years during which the child attends the School.
